How the ordering process works:

At Clicket it is our goal to fill your order as fast as it is possible. We hope the following will help you understand the steps we take to fill your order.

Temporally out of stock and Backordered

Most items on our web site do tell you if an item is in or out of stock. Please note if you are ordering a lare quantity of one item, there may be a chance that we may not have that large of a quantity available at the time the order was placed. Please allow us up to two weeks to fill your order. If you need the item sooner, we will work with you to see if it is possible.

If you are ordering an item that is out of stock, we will make all attempts to fill your order as soon as possible.

If you order an item that is Temporarily Out Of Stock (Yellow Colored Square), your order will most likely be filled within two weeks; however due to possible delays with shipping this may take longer. The Temporally Out of Stock item is currently on order with the manufacturer. The status may change to Backordered if the manufacturer is unable to ship the item immediately.

If you are ordering an item that is Backordered (Red Colored Square), we cannot give you an estimated time in which this item will be available. These are items that we are unable to get from the manufacturer at the present time.

Product Substitution and Product changes:

Clicket reserves the right to substitute similar items. Please also note that on occasion a product may change without notice. These changes include a change in the fabric design, and color. Some items may come in different colors. For the most part we will try to keep them similar to what we have pictured, however in some cases we have no control.

Confirming your order

After the order is placed Clicket will be sending you an email confirming your order. This email will give you an: Order ID number and a link to this page, giving you an idea of what will happen after your order is placed with Clicket.

When your credit card will be charged

Your credit card will only be charged after, your order is processed by a human at the Clicket Customer Service Office. When your order is processed we will double check the shipping information given and make sure the item is in stock before your credit card is charged. We will also go over the transit time making sure we can get the item to you by your given date and transit time. Please note UPS does not deliver on Weekends, and they are not counted as transit days. Ground Transit Times

Your credit card will then be charged. Given your credit card is approved, your shipment will be packed and shipped out the day it was ordered or by the next business day. An email will be sent to, you letting you know the tracking number and the total charged to your account.

Problems with your credit card:

If there is any problems with your credit card payment, Declined Card or Invalid Card Number, you will be notified by email about this problem. It is your responsibility to get in touch with us to fix this problem. A simple way to fix the problem is to reorder the item, and sending a reply to our email telling us to cancel the problem order. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am-12:00 pm PST and 1:00 pm- 4:30 pm PST.

Special Shipping Situations:

If there are any problems with your address, we well send you an email to correct this.

It is your responsibility to fix this problem. Items to AK, HI and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via the Postal Service. If a P.O. Box is given as an address it too will be sent via Postal Service, Postal rates, may differ from the quoted ground rates in the shopping cart. All items can be sent to these addresses except, Standups. Standups also cannot be shipped outside of the 48 Continental United States, or to P.O. Boxes.

Payment via Check or Money Order:

If you are going to pay by check or money order, your order will be held until payment is received. Items are not put on hold. Money orders will allow us to ship the order as soon as payment is received. Payment by check will delay the shipment until the check has cleared.

Why your order has not been filled yet:

On occasion, some of our items may be in stock at the time the order was placed, and then become out of stock before the order is processed. This is one of the reasons why we ask you for the date the items are needed. Orders that have not yet been filled due to unavailability will be put on a wait list. When new shipments arrive from the manufacturers, the order will be processed in that order.

If we feel we will be unable to fill your order by the date needed, your order will be canceled. An email will be sent notifying you of the cancellation. If you would like to make a substitution for an item that is in stock, please call us or email us. For faster service you may place a new order for your replacement item. Orders sent to us without out a date specified will be processed as soon as possible.

Delays in shipping may occur during our busy time of year in September and October. Please do not worry! During our busy season we have shipments coming in on a daily basis, and your order will be filled in the order it was received.
