Clicket's Return Policy
Most of our products can be returned, a return request must be made within 7 days from
the delivery date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise less a restocking charge. The restocking charge is 15% of the items or $5 whatever is greater.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
Special Halloween Policy:
Orders Placed between Oct 11th and Oct 30th must be postmarked or show proof of shipping back to Clicket prior to Oct 31st. No Exceptions.
To initiate a return, simply:
* Send Clicket a message by using our Communication Center
, under our Contact Info on the website, and request a Return
Authorization number (RA#).
Your message MUST
include the following:
- Invoice/Order number
- Name on order
- Item number and size you are
- Briefly state the reason you
are returning the item(s)
Clicket will reply to your message
with a RA# and instructions for the return within 1-2 business days. If you need
items to be exchanged quickly, please place a new order, then follow the
instructions for a return.
Please Note: Items returned without a RA#
and/or invoice will delay the speed of the return processing.
- Request for RA# MUST be made within
7 calendar days from delivery date. Requests made after that time may not be
- Merchandise must be returned in
new/unused condition and include ALL original costume packaging and
- Clicket strongly recommends shipping returns using methods with delivery confirmation
or tacking, such as the U.S. Post Office, UPS or FedEx. Any returns sent
without tracking may be lost in transit. Clicket.com is NOT responsible for any returns lost in
- DO NOT tape or staple anything to
the costume packaging or any part of the return.
The following items are NEVER
- Wigs, beards, facial hair,
eyelashes or any other artificial hair.
- Any Make-up
- Undergarments, socks or stockings,
panties or briefs
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other
fake teeth and cosmetics
- Any item that has been worn, or any
item that picks up an odor such as Tobacco or food scents.
- Special Ordered items, such as
mascots, personalized items, and large special orders.
- Costumes which include a wig may
ONLY be returned if the wig is in the original, sealed package. Please make
sure you want the costume before opening the wig. We will not accept the
costume back if we feel the wig has been opened or worn.
All returns will receive a
15% restocking fee or $5.00 what ever is greater.
Please Note: Any unauthorized
Refused package at delivery will result in a deduction of your refund for the
returned shipping cost.
Once Clicket.com has received and processed your return, we will send you an email
confirming that your credit card was refunded. Please allow up to 30 days from
the date Clicket receives
