Placing an order:

Ways to place your order

You may place an order with us 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year online using our shopping cart. Payment for orders placed over the Internet may be in the form of Credit card or Check/Money order. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You may also place an order over the phone or by fax. Our Customer Service phone number is 888-798-4512 Toll Free and 925-551-3880, fax number is 925-551-3881. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm West Coast PST. You may leave us a message at all other times and your call will be returned at the soonest possible time. You can also contact us at Communincation Center and leave your daytime phone number. Please let us know what is the best time to contact you.

Credit Cards/Checks and Money Orders

We accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week online. If you wish to phone in your order call 1-888-798-4512 M-F 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All Credit card orders submitted over our secure online ordering are guaranteed safe.

Credit Card orders can also be phoned in Monday-Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm West Coast Pacific Standard Time. If you feel uncomfortable submitting your credit card information over the internet, Credit Card orders can also be faxed to 925-551-3881. After submitting your order, Print out the final page. Write in the credit card number, expiration date and fax it in. This option is available 24 hours a day. You may also call in your credit card information. Please select the method of payment as credit card, however under notes, tell us you are calling the card number in, or faxing the card number. We only can keep these orders open for a short period of time. Orders without this information will be cancelled after 30 days..

Checks and Money Orders:

We accept Checks and Money Orders in US funds only. When paying by check please allow 7 business days for your check to clear the bank. Money Orders, Bank Check or Cashiers checks orders can be shipped out immediately. After subitting print out a copy of the final page of your order. Please send this in as a way of confirming your order. Please send in payment right away. Orders without payment will be cancelled after 60 days. International Customers must pay by credit card.

Paying with Cash:

We do not recommend paying with cash, as it is not safe.
Recommended places to buy a money order other than your bank or credit union include; Post Office, Convenience Store, or Supermarket.
