What is the cost for shipping?

The cost for shipping is based on weight and the shipping destination, so make sure you have all the items and quantity you would like to order in the shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart, type in your zip code and Country. All shipping options and prices will appear, and later in the ordering process you can select which option meets your needs. We offer several shipping options to fit the needs of our customers based on cost and how soon you need the order.

How is Transit time calculated?

Transit time begins the day after your package is shipped from our warehouse. For example, if you order our Standard 5 Day Guaranteed service and the package leaves our warehouse on a Monday, begin counting day 1 on Tuesday, or the next business. Your package should then be delivered on the following Monday, 5 business days later. The day your order leaves our warehouse never counts as a transit day. Weekends and most Holidays do not count as transit days.

Our Guaranteed Shipping methods will offer an Estimated Delivery date, however these are only estimates. Guaranteed Services are guaranteed for the delivery by End of Day for the method’s transit time. If the package does not arrive in the guaranteed amount of business days from the date it ships, we will gladly refund you for the shipping charges.

Guarantees do not included any weather delays, nature or man made disasters, or any emergency beyond our control or the control of our courier.

If I place an order today, when will I receive it?

We value our customers and we understand how important your orders are to you. We make it our goal to process your orders quickly and get them shipped out as soon as possible. Most orders ship out the same or next day. The date you receive your order depends on what shipping method you choose. If you’re not in a hurry, we offer Super Saver shipping which is a great deal. We also offer faster guaranteed services, which give you a specific estimated arrival date. See shipping options for more details. Once your order ships, we will email you with a confirmation as well as the tracking so you can track the package with either the Post Office or UPS. All orders are given top priority regardless of what shipping method you chose. We will do our best to get your order shipped out the same or next day so you can receive your items quickly.

Do you ship orders Internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship orders Internationally to over 50 countries. To see if your country is on our list of shipping destinations, please see our shopping cart for details.

Please Note, ALL International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customer disbursement fees, which are given by your country, not Clicket.com. Clicket will only charge you for the items you ordered and the cost of shipping. Upon delivery, customs may require you to pay additional fees. You must pay these fees in order to receive your package. If you refuse to pay the fees your package will be sent back to Clicket. In that event, we will only refund you for the items you ordered with at 15% restocking fee. Shipping is never refundable.

International customers may pay with credit cards or money orders in U.S. dollars. Personal checks are not accepted. We’re sorry, but we cannot provide a guarantee for transit time, however we do our best to get your packages out as soon as possible. Please do not make any illegal changes to the value of the merchandise.

Can orders be delivered on Saturdays?

We do not offer Saturday delivery for orders being shipped Standard, Special 1, 2 and 3, Express 3 Day, Premium or Overnight. Some Super Saver orders are shipped via the post office and may possibly get delivered on Saturdays, however this is not a guaranteed shipping method and we cannot provide an arrival date. If you need it delivered on Saturday, calculate your shipping for delivery for Friday.

What are your shipping methods?

At Clicket we offer different ways for you to get your order. We offer the following shipping methods:

Super Saver: A great deal when you have some time. No matter how much is in your cart, the cost will not go over $6.99.

Standard: When you need to have your item in a Guaranteed time.

Special 1,2,3 Guaranteed: UPS Ground in 1 day, 2 day or 3 days. *Certain Geographical Locations only*

Express: When you need it in at least 3 Business Days Guaranteed.

Premium: When you need it in 2 Business Days Guaranteed.

Next Day: When you need the item in 1 Business Day Guaranteed.

What is Super Saver Shipping?

Super Saver Shipping is a great deal! A low shipping rate where the maximum cost is $6.99. The estimated transit time is 5-7 business days but is not guaranteed, however most orders arrive quickly. Super Saver orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Your email confirmation and tracking link will let you know which courier was used.

What is Standard Guaranteed?

A great method if items are needed within 1 week. We use UPS Ground for our Standard Service. This method is guaranteed for the amount of transit days listed in the shopping cart, ranging from 4-5 business days depending on your location. We guarantee delivery within the time frame from the date you package leaves our warehouse. Most orders placed before 12pm West Coast PST will ship out the same day. We will email you a link so you can track your package daily with confirmation of delivery.

What is Special 1, 2 and 3 Guaranteed?

Based on geographical delivery locations, we have calculated the transit time for our Standard Guaranteed Service and call them our Special 1, 2 or 3 Days Guaranteed. With the Special, we are able to offer you an exact delivery transit time based on your location, rather than the full 5 business days Standard offers. This method is only available to certain locations on the West of the Rocky Mountains, based on the zip code you enter in the shopping cart.

What is Express 3-Day Guaranteed?

Need an item fast? Use our Express 3-Day, which is guaranteed for 3 business days from the date your order ships. Again, to ensure the order goes out the same day you should order by 12pm West Coast PST, or call 888-798-4512. We will email you a link so you can track your package daily with confirmation of delivery.

Premium 2 Day Guaranteed?

Need it faster? If your order is needed quickly, or within the same week from ordering, our Premium 2 Day service is guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. If you call us by 12pm PST, we can guarantee the order ships out that same day. We will email you a link so you can track your package daily with confirmation of delivery.

Overnight Shipping?

Need an item faster than fast? Overnight shipping is available for phone orders only. We use UPS Next Day service, which is guaranteed for 1 business day. *Disclaimer: Overnight shipping is guaranteed for 1 day delivery with the exception of any weather delays or emergencies beyond our control, or the control of UPS* Overnight shipping is not refundable and may only be used on orders of $30 or more. We will email you a link so you can track your package daily with confirmation of delivery.

Letter Post?

This method is offered for our International customers. The transit time is estimated for 7-10 business days, however this is not guaranteed and the Post office does not provide tracking for this service.

Global Express Mail?

Available for our International Customers, Global Express Mail is estimated for 3-7 business days. Although this method is not guaranteed for transit time, the Post Office does provide Delivery Confirmation tracking.

Domestic Express Mail?

This method is available for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam. The U.S. Post Office gives the transit time of 1-3 business days Guaranteed. Transit time begins two days after your order has shipped from our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order a few different ways. If you gave us your email address when ordering we will email you once your order ships out. That email will contain all your order details, as well as a link with the tracking information.

If we do not have your email address, you can track your package by following this LINK and typing in your order number.

Orders shipped via the U.S. Post Office are tracked for Delivery Confirmation only and is not always updated daily. Orders shipped via UPS are updated daily.

You can also call us M-F between 10am-4pm PST and we will be happy to track the package for you.

I saw your add in the newspaper, can I come by your store to shop?

Yes, you can come to our warehouse to shop. We have computers available so you can browse our website to find the item you need. You can also shop online at home and bring in a list of item numbers you're interested in. Come by any time Monday through Friday between 10am-4pm.
