Returns and Exchanges FAQ
How do I make a Return?If for any reason you are not happy with the items you ordered, or you need another size, simply send back your return and we will gladly refund your credit card. Please read our Return policy link for details, and contact us for a Return Authorization number. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
The costume I ordered doesn’t fit, how do I exchange it for another size?
Please try on any costumes that are mailed to you. Even if the wrong size was sent, or the packaging was incorrectly labeled, the item may still fit. If you’re not happy with the size after trying it on, you are welcome to return it.
When you go to a store and buy something in person, you have the option to drive to the store and exchange that item for another. Online purchases are different. The best way to handle an exchange would be to send back the returned item for a refund, and place a new order for the size that you need. Return policy link. This method is preferred since the return processing time can take up to 30 days and inventory is constantly changing. We cannot hold items and it would be a shame if the item you wanted in exchange were not available by the time your exchange was processed.
I just received my package and an item is missing, damaged or the wrong item was sent. What should I do?
Clicket’s team of customer service representative’s work hard to make sure your order is correct. We take pride in our costumes and pack your order with care. However, sometimes an item may be damaged during shipment. Sometimes the manufacturer accidentally puts the wrong costume or size in a package. Whatever the reason, we will work with you to fix the problem because we value you as our customer.
If there is ever a problem with your order please contact us immediately at our Communication Center so we can fix it. In most cases we can ship out a replacement of the exact item you ordered. If we are unable to replace the item, a customer service representative can work with you in correcting the problem.
I just mailed you my return, when will I be refunded?
We will try to process your return as quickly as possible, however it may take up to 30 days from the date Clicket receives your return. As soon as your return is processed we will email you (as long as you have provided an email address on your order) informing you that we have refunded the credit card. The amount refunded on the card usually takes between 3-5 business days to post on your account.
We appreciate your understanding that during our busy season in September and October returns may take longer than the 30 days to be processed. During this time our priority is to get orders out which are needed for Halloween and Costume Parties. We will do our best to process returns quickly. If you would like to check on the status of a return you sent, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-798-4512 or send us a message at our Communication Center. It’s helpful if you know the courier used when shipping back your return so we can find it in our returns department. We do recommend using a method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Am I guaranteed a refund on items I returned?
In most cases, yes. However, please read our Return policy link for details on items that are not returnable. If any non-returnable items are sent back you will not receive a refund. If an item is returned and we feel it has been used, is dirty or damaged you will receive an additional 15% deduction from your refund amount. If a non-returnable item is mailed back to us, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping it back to you. After 2 weeks Clicket will dispose of the item if we do not receive payment for the shipping.
