How can I tell if an item is in stock?

Our web site is constantly updated with real time information on the availability of an item. When an item is in stock, a green box will be shown where you can type in the quantity and “Add to Cart.” If a specific size, color or item is out of stock, the box will be red and will indicate the item is out of stock. You can enter your email address and Clicket will send you 1 email notification as soon as the item is in stock. The email reminder does not reserve the item for you; it’s just a courtesy to let you know the item is now in stock.

If you need the item right away, you can call 1-888-798-4512 to see if we have an idea of when we will get more. Sometimes we can order items, depending on the supplier, and get them in quickly.

Because costumes are generally a seasonal item, our manufacturers don’t always have items available all year long. We will do our best to get something in stock, however we cannot make any guarantees.

If a Party Supply is out of stock you may sign up for the email reminder, or give us a call. If the pattern is available we can usually get them in within 1 week

Are the costumes true to size?

In this day, it’s really hard to say anything is “true to size.” People are all proportioned differently making it hard to say that every small sized costume will fit everyone who wears small sized clothing. All of our size information comes right from the manufacturer for each costume. We have found, however, that generally costume sizing runs slightly smaller than regular clothes. For this reason, we suggest that if you are between two sizes, you may want to order the larger of the two just to be safe. This rule goes well for children who often use their costumes at night for Trick-or-Treating when it’s colder outside and you want to layer clothing.

We would like to assure you that if for any reason a costume does not work for you, you are welcome to return it for an exchange of another size, item or just a refund for the costume’s price. Please see our No Hassle Return policy link.

All of our costumes are in U.S. sizes, and measurements are always in inches.

What quality are Clicket’s costumes?

We carry a vast array of costumes and qualities. We offer economical, deluxe and rental quality costumes. You can get an idea of the quality based on the price. The higher the price, the higher the quality and detail put into the costume. A Rental Quality costume is of the highest quality and is intended for multiple use. Other costumes, as well as their accessories, are not intended for everyday use. Accessories are intended to be costume props, not toys that are played with daily.

The manufacturers do not always notify us of any changes made, including but not limited to color of fabric, and style of costume, accessory or party supply compared to the picture or packaging. We will do our best to update changes as soon as we are made aware of them.
