What Payment methods are available?

Clicket accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Credit Cards, as well as personal U.S. bank checks and U.S. money orders. For U.S. residence, a Postal Money order is preferred. International customers must pay using a credit card. Full payment must be submitted before any items are shipped out. If paying by a personal check, your order will ship out once the check has cleared with our bank, usually 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your check. If the order is needed quickly and you do not have a credit card, we recommend paying with a money order for faster order processing.

How do I make changes to an order?

Most online companies will tell you that once you place the order you are not allowed to cancel or make changes. At Clicket, as long as your order has not been shipped out we are happy to make any necessary changes you need whether it’s changing a size, adding a costume or correcting a typo in the shipping address. It is, however, very important that you contact us right away. We make it our priority to process orders quickly and ship them out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes. In that event, and you are not able to use the item you will need to ship it back to us for a refund and place a new order with the correct information. Return policy link

Once you click the Submit button on an order, Clicket has already received the information. By going back and making changes, you could possibly submit a duplicate order. The best way for us to help you make changes on your order is for you to call us right away at 888-798-4512 M-F between 10am-4pm West Coast PST. If we are unavailable, please leave a detailed message with the first and last name on the order and a phone number where we can reach you. You can also send us a message by going to our Communication Center.

Please Note, During the months of September and October, making changes or canceling orders is not as easy. It is impossible for us to search through hundreds of orders we receive daily to find an order that has already been processed, packed and ready to be shipped out of the warehouse. During this time, if you need to cancel or make changes to an order, you may need to place a new order so we can ship it out right away. Then, when you receive the order with the mistake, you will need to mail it back for a refund. We’re sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded, as the postage would have already been used to ship the order to you. Please carefully go over the information on your order before submitting it to us. Also, please know that any refused packages upon delivery will result in a deduction of your refund total. We will charge you when we are sure your order is ready to be shipped out.

I received an email that my credit card was declined, what do I do?

Your credit card could be declined for a number of reasons. Please check your billing information, address, credit card number and expiration date. Then check with your bank and let them know that Clicket.com was attempting to charge your card for an online order. Once you have cleared this with your bank, please contact us to either let us know the original card is okay to charge, or to submit a different credit card. You can either call 888-798-4512 M-F from 10am-4pm West Coast PST, or go to our Communication Center to send us a secured message with the new credit card number and expiration date.

Another way is to reorder with the correct credit card information and notify us to cancel the order with the problem.

Does Clicket accept Purchase Orders?

We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from only Public Schools and Government Agencies. Please Fax your order on your purchase order form or office letter head to 925-551-3881 and include the following information:

Contact Name, phone number and email address

Billing and Shipping Address

Item numbers, sizes and quantities of each

Date you need the order by

Indicate Shipping method

Please Note, All purchase orders are shipped via our Standard Guaranteed service. If a faster method is needed, please provide a credit card number for the shipping costs.

To find the shipping cost for your order, please click “Add to Cart” for each item and update the quantities, then type in your zip code.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California.
