Clicket does offer additional promotion codes from time to time. Promotion codes are available by joining our mailing list. Please only one promotion code per order.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Select the size and quantity you would like and click on “Add to Cart.” If you are purchasing more than one item, click on “Back to previous page” to continue shopping. Once all items are in the shopping cart, you can update the quantities or remove any items. You will see a subtotal, but this price does not include shipping charges.
Once you have all the items you would like to order in the shopping cart, type in your zip code and/or select your country to see a list of the shipping options and costs available for your location. Shipping info link. You will be able to select the method of shipping later in the ordering process. The cost of the shipping method is next to the description and is added to your subtotal.
Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the Checkout button and proceed.
If you have ordered before, We have saved your information so all you have to do is type in your email address and password. It must be the same email address given on your previous orders. If your email address has changed, you will need to sign up as a new customer.
After typing in your email address and password, you will be able to make changes to your billing and shipping address, save the changes, and continue to confirm your order.
New Customers: Please set up your account by giving your billing and shipping information. Then, type in your email address, confirm, and create a password.
On the next page, please confirm all information and select your shipping method. Super Saver will automatically be selected, so make sure you select the shipping that works best for your needs. Please note the estimated delivery date, if shown, is only an estimate. Transit time is not counted until after your order leaves our warehouse. You will be emailed with the exact date your order ships out.
If paying by credit card, type in your credit card number and expiration date. Please double-check the numbers. A typo in the information could delay your order from shipping out quickly. If there is a problem with your payment, we will contact you right away.
If paying by check, select the option and print out a copy of the confirmation. Mail your check or money order with a copy of the confirmation to:

How do I know my order was received?
When you place and confirm you order you will be given a confirmation number as well as an email containing your order details. If you do not receive the email with your order details, usually within 1 hour, please contact us right away at our Communication Center.
How do I make changes to an order?
Most online companies will tell you that once you place the order you are not allowed to cancel or make changes. At Clicket, as long as your order has not been shipped out we are happy to make any necessary changes you need whether it’s changing a size, adding a costume or correcting a typo in the shipping address. It is, however, very important that you contact us right away. We make it our priority to process orders quickly and ship them out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes. In that event, and you are not able to use the item you will need to ship it back to us for a refund and place a new order with the correct information. Shipping is not refundable. Return link
Once you click the Submit button on an order, Clicket has already received the information. By going back and making changes, you could possibly submit a duplicate order. The best way for us to help you make changes on your order is for you to call us right away at 888-798-4512 M-F between 10am-4pm West Coast PST. If we are unavailable, please leave a detailed message with the fist and last name on the order and a phone number to reach you. You can also send us a message by following this Communication Center.
Please Note, During the months of September and October, making changes or canceling orders is not as easy. It is impossible for us to search through hundreds of orders we receive daily to find an order that has already been processed and ready to be shipped out of the warehouse. During this time, if you need to cancel or make changes to an order, you may need to place a new order so we can ship it out right away. Then, when you receive the original order, you will need to mail it back for a refund. We’re sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded, as the postage would have already been used to ship the order to you. When will my order ship out?
Most orders placed before 12pm West Coast PST are shipped out the same or next business day. Emails are sent as soon as your order ships out letting you know the shipping date, order details, and tracking information. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you immediately.
Why haven’t I received any emails from Clicket about my order?
When you place the order online, an email address is required. If an email address is entered incorrectly, you will not receive our emails to you. Please double-check the email address you enter. Another reason could be that your SPAM filter is not allowing our emails to reach you. You may want to change the settings or add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact in your address book. Please DO NOT send emails to this address, as we are not able to receive emails.
